To ensure every guest receives the time and attention they deserve, we reserve each appointment exclusively for you. As a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, we require a minimum of 3 business days’ notice to cancel or adjust an appointment without a fee.

For changes made with shorter notice, the following service reservation fees apply:

• 2 business days prior: 50% of the service reserved

• 1 business day prior: 75% of the service reserved

• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the service reserved

• For extension installs, after a deposit is made for hair (and the hair is purchased), you will receive a partial refund or full in-salon credit.

We understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to shift your appointment within the same week and your stylist has availability to accommodate you, your reservation fee will be waived.
